Payments for Other properties can be made through Appfolio. You can log into your Appfolio account here.

Submitting a Maintenance Request

For properties managed through Appfolio, please submit your request by logging in to your Appfolio account. For all other properties, please fill out this form.If this is a dire emergency, call/text allison @ (252) 414-1791.
